How to Prepare IBPS Clerk Photo & Signature Size 2026

Start with the clearest original you have. Select the IBPS CSA XVI 2026 preset, choose Photograph or Signature, and let the preset apply the relevant preparation rules instead of repeatedly resizing or compressing the same file manually.

1
Select the IBPS preset

Choose IBPS CSA XVI 2026, then select Photograph or Signature so the correct requirement set loads.

2
Upload the clearest original

Use a recent photograph or a clean signature written in black ink on white paper. Avoid starting from an already heavily compressed file.

3
Adjust the crop carefully

Remove unnecessary surrounding space without cutting into the face, photograph boundary or signature strokes.

4
Process and review the result

QuickPDFNow prepares the file against the selected preset and reports the resulting technical properties for you to review before upload.

Signature: 140 × 60 px is a preferred dimension

Keep the preferred dimension separate from the stated 10–20 KB file-size requirement. Do not describe the preferred dimension as an exact mandatory value unless IBPS explicitly requires it as such.

Review the prepared file before downloading
File is within the required KB range
Output remains JPG/JPEG
Dimension requirement or preference is respected
Face or signature remains clearly visible
What if normal processing still misses the maximum KB limit?

If the file satisfies the other preset requirements and misses only the maximum file-size limit, QuickPDFNow may offer Stronger Compression where that preset permits it. The second pass is user-triggered rather than automatic, and the output is checked again after processing.

QuickPDFNow Workflow Prepare the file with the IBPS Clerk preset

Use the same preset for either Photograph or Signature, but process and download them as separate application files.

QuickTip

A technically valid KB value is not enough. Open the prepared file once and confirm that the face or signature still looks clear before uploading it to IBPS.

IBPS Clerk Photo & Signature Size 2026: Mistakes to Avoid

A file can fall inside the correct KB range and still be unsuitable if the photograph is poorly framed or the signature is unclear. Review the final image visually before uploading it to the IBPS application.

Over-compressing the photograph

Do not sacrifice facial detail merely to hit the file-size limit. Start from a clear original and reduce the file only as much as needed.

Cutting or blurring the signature

Keep the complete signature visible. Cropped strokes, blur and heavy JPEG artefacts can make an otherwise correctly sized file unsuitable.

Treating preferred dimensions as mandatory

Keep the preferred 140 × 60 px signature dimension separate from requirements that IBPS explicitly states as mandatory.

Uploading the file to the wrong field

Photograph and signature are separate uploads. Check the IBPS field label before selecting the prepared file.

Final visual check
Photograph is recent, clear and properly framed
Face remains visible after processing
Signature is black ink on white paper
Signature is not written in capital letters
No important edge or signature stroke is cropped
Final image is not visibly over-compressed
What does a QuickPDFNow PASS mean?

A PASS means the machine-checkable requirements configured for the selected preset have been satisfied. It does not replace your visual review or guarantee that IBPS will accept an unsuitable-looking image.

Remember the separate Live Photograph

The photograph prepared on QuickPDFNow is the scanned photograph upload. Complete the separate live-photo capture directly through the official IBPS application when the portal prompts you.

Finished preparing the files?

Complete registration, upload and live-photograph steps only through the official IBPS application portal.

QuickTip

Keep the original photo and signature until the application is complete. If a processed file looks unclear, return to the original instead of repeatedly compressing an already degraded image.
