IBPS Clerk Handwritten Declaration 2026 Exact official text, dimensions, KB and writing rules
Write the IBPS Clerk 2026 handwritten declaration personally in English using black ink on white paper. Prepare the final JPG/JPEG at the preferred size of 800 × 400 pixels and keep it between 50 KB and 100 KB.
Write this text without changing the wording
“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
How to Prepare the IBPS Clerk Handwritten Declaration 2026
Once you have written the prescribed declaration yourself, the next job is to capture it clearly and prepare it for the IBPS upload field. Start from the cleanest image possible instead of trying to repair a blurred or poorly photographed declaration later.
Use your own handwriting, black ink and clean white paper. Insert your name correctly and keep the complete prescribed text visible.
Photograph or scan the sheet straight-on in good light. Avoid shadows, blur, glare and a tilted page.
Open the Exam Photo & Signature Resizer and choose IBPS CSA XVI 2026 → Handwritten Declaration.
Remove unnecessary paper around the writing without cutting any words, then process the file and review the prepared result.
The declaration contains multiple lines of handwriting, so a sharp original gives the processor more detail to preserve. If the source is already blurred, compression cannot restore missing handwriting detail.
Normal preset processing should be used first. If the resulting file satisfies the other configured requirements but still misses only the maximum file-size limit, Stronger Compression may be offered where the preset permits it. The additional pass is user-triggered and the result is checked again afterward.
Upload the clearest capture, select Handwritten Declaration and prepare the file against the configured IBPS upload requirements.
Do not crop tightly around individual words or lines. Leave a small clean margin around the complete declaration so no handwriting is lost during preparation or upload.
IBPS Clerk Handwritten Declaration 2026: Mistakes to Avoid
A declaration can meet the technical size requirement and still be unsuitable if the wording, handwriting or final image is wrong. Review both the content and the visual quality before uploading it to IBPS.
Copy the declaration text exactly as required. Do not shorten it, paraphrase it or add unrelated wording.
Replace the blank with your own name as used in the application rather than leaving the placeholder unchanged.
Write normally in your own handwriting. A declaration written entirely in capital letters may not satisfy the stated instruction.
Every line should remain inside the image and readable. Do not sacrifice text clarity merely to reduce file size.
A PASS confirms the machine-checkable requirements configured for the selected IBPS declaration preset. It does not verify that you copied the declaration wording correctly or that the handwriting itself is suitable. Review those parts yourself before upload.
Do not discard the paper immediately after preparing the image. If the processed declaration later looks unclear, recapture the original sheet instead of repeatedly editing an already compressed copy.
Upload it only to the correct declaration field and complete the remaining registration steps through the official IBPS portal.
Compare the prepared image against the handwritten sheet one final time. If any word, line or name is difficult to read on screen, fix the source before uploading rather than hoping the portal will accept it.
