IT Officer — Scale I
Four-year Engineering or Technology degree in the prescribed computer, IT, electronics or communication fields; or a relevant postgraduate degree; or graduation with DOEACC ‘B’ Level.
Agricultural Field Officer — Scale I
Four-year degree in a prescribed agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, veterinary, dairy, fishery, forestry, biotechnology, food technology, agricultural engineering or related discipline.
Rajbhasha Adhikari — Scale I
Postgraduate degree in Hindi with English as a subject at graduation level, or postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with Hindi and English as subjects at graduation level.
Law Officer — Scale I
Bachelor’s degree in Law and enrolment as an advocate with the Bar Council.
HR/Personnel Officer — Scale I
Graduation plus a two-year full-time postgraduate degree or diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, HR, HRD, Social Work or Labour Law.
Marketing Officer — Scale I
Graduation plus a two-year full-time MMS, MBA, PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM or PGDM with Marketing specialization.

Negative Marking and Cut-Off Rules
Penalty applies to incorrect answers in objective tests conducted in both the Preliminary and Main examinations.
- One-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to a question is deducted for every incorrect answer.
- No penalty applies when a question is left unanswered.
- Candidates must qualify in each Preliminary Examination test.

Common Interview
